    "Went to Triad for a second opinion after one of the big name guys came out and quoted me a price to fix my AC for thousands of dollars. Glad I did. Turns out it was a minor issue that Triad was able to repair for several hundred dollars. Unlike the big name guys, Cody and Tim were honest and upfront and didn’t try to upsell me or make any unneeded repairs.

    Beware of the big name guys! Go straight to Triad, but if you make the same mistake I did and get an outrageous quote then get Triad to give you a second opinion! You’ll be glad you did."

    "I called Triad because they are a local Lennox dealer and my unit is a Lennox. Local dealers typically know the systems well and have parts. I really like the woman I spoke with on the phone. Very on the ball which made a good impression. The tech's name was Chad I believe. He did diagnosed to problem quickly and got it repaired quick. He 100% knew what he was doing and was in and out. I'd definitely recommend and use again."

    "Excellent service! Had a neighbor recommend Triad a couple of years ago when my original A/C installer went out of business. During a routine A/C checkup last April, tech found the capacitor was weak. Unit was less than 10 years old and I had an extended warranty with Carrier. Although Triad had not installed my unit and is a Lennox dealer, they went to the extra trouble of contacting Carrier and replacing the capacitor replaced under manufacturer's warranty."

They did great work installing a new system for us in a very tight spot and since we have called them for all of our maintenance on our existing system.
